Once you’ve absorbed art and the avant-garde you can wander through the Barcelona streets admiring fine 18th Century architecture. Off the main track are many quieter quarters of town.

Evenings can be filled with entertainment, from opera at Gran Teatre del Liceu to the energetic street life of the famous Las Ramblas.
