Marianna is an energy healing practitioner. Marianna's practice blends modern scientific knowledge with ancient healing wisdom, aiming to harmonise and restore life force energy flow in the body. Her treatments involve ancient rituals stemming from the tradition of both ancient Hellenic and Chinese medicine and are energy-based. She has also been trained in clinical exercise, lymphatic drainage and myofascial release.

Eleni has been a dedicated yoga instructor since 2008, bringing extensive experience to group and one-on-one classes across various levels, including Hatha, Vinyasa and therapeutic yoga, tailored to respect the unique needs of each individual. She possesses deep knowledge of pranayama (breathing exercises) and excels in creating sessions that guide participants into deep relaxation and meditation. Beyond yoga and holistic exercise, Eleni also leads group sound bath and sound healing sessions and offers personalised sound therapy on a one-to-one basis.
