An immersive journey to discover some of Italy's greatest figures in food begins at Mandarin Oriental, Milan, and continues on to the surrounding countryside between Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna. This is where many of the ingredients prepared in the region’s Michelin Star restaurants originate, though few have the privilege of tasting them at source, or of spending time with those at the family-owned estates who produce them.

The itinerary includes chauffer service, the expertise of a local expert in gastronomy, private tastings and farm-to-table dining which showcases the abundance of organic ingredients cultivated and raised at these hidden estates.
