Hyde Park Runners is not about being the best, about fast times or mile splits, but a club rooted in community and connection, motivating people and giving them the confidence to run and move more - with some extra special touches.
It is all about enjoying a moment away from the stress and grind, about getting your head up, appreciating the scenery, getting your body moving, feeling good and connecting with the people around you, at no cost.
