Sustainability is about doing the right thing by ourselves, by our colleagues, by our families, and by the planet.

Doing the Right Thing for Our Planet

We minimise our environmental impact through various initiatives. Our electricity, which powers the hotel, e-bikes, and guests vehicles, comes from certified renewable sources, reducing CO2 emissions.

Used espresso pods are collected, with coffee grounds repurposed as fertiliser.

All paper in the hotel is 100% sustainable, and kitchen oils are sent for reuse through authorised waste management services.

Doing the Right Thing for Our Guests

We have eliminated 99% single-use plastic throughout the hotel. For instance, guests receive aluminium water bottles from our Concierge instead of plastic.

We also follow the Green Linen Programme, changing sheets and towels every other day unless otherwise requested.

Additionally, no food waste occurs in the kitchen - leftovers are transformed into broths or reduction sauces, ensuring nothing goes unused.

Doing the Right Thing for Our Community

We support different initiatives to aid local communities: from Chef Antonio Guida's project "A Casa di Antonio", dedicated to the inclusion and care of children with disabilities, to help young people living in difficult situations with the Fondazione Allianz Umanamente.

Thanks to the project “Riparto da me”, we are committed to reinsert inmates of the Bollate prison into the workplace, while with Svestiti (DI) Bene we collect second-hand clothes for families in hard conditions.
