Kenneth Rego specialises in nutrition and lifestyle consultation, offering solutions for nutrient deficiencies, meal planning, and preventing lifestyle-related health issues like diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. He also provides yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques for mind-body wellness, Pilates for core strengthening and injury rehabilitation, combat fitness through kickboxing for cardiovascular health and reflexes, strength and conditioning for muscle gain, as well as passive stretching and intelligent movements.

Channing Cai

Channing Cai is a spirited personal fitness trainer with expertise in weight management and a talent for motivating clients to achieve their weight loss goals. He designs classes tailored to all skill levels and is skilled in personal programme development and individual assessments. Channing specialises in weight training, fat loss exercises, functional training, and foam roller massage techniques.

Jeffrey Chan

With over a decade of extensive teaching experience, Jeffrey holds B-level coach and C-level referee certifications from the Chinese Taipei Swimming Association, as well as a life-saving certification from the Sports Administration, Ministry of Education. He specialises in swimming training and self-rescue techniques for both children and adult beginners, providing personalised guidance and adjustments for mastering the four key swimming postures.

Sue

Sue holds International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA) and National Association for Holistic Aromatherapists (NAHA) certifications, specialising in aromatherapy and deep relaxation techniques. As a therapist, Sue has a deep interest in how the body works and traditional healing practices. She believes that massage therapy is an excellent way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and relieve pain. Sue is passionate about helping clients feel their best and achieve their wellness goals.

Renee

Renee has extensive knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on different skin types. She excels in assessing and diagnosing skin conditions and conducts thorough consultations to understand clients' concerns and goals. Renee provides a variety of treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion, using specialised tools for analysis. She creates personalised skincare regimens and offers product recommendations to help clients achieve optimal results.
