• 2.75 percent Occupancy Tax per room per night.
• 5.70 percent State Tax per room per night.
• 1.5 percent GBCTD Mkt District Assessment per room per night.
• Service charge is not applicable.
• Total room tax is 16.45 percent per room per night.
• Offer is subject to availability, is not applicable for groups and cannot be combined with any other offers.

• Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 12pm.
• A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking.
• No changes will be permitted.
• No refund will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows or early departures.
