The gardens and terraces of Mandarin Oriental, Santiago will once again be the setting for Descorchados, the traditional wine fair that brings together hundreds of wine lovers each year, now in its 16th edition with more than 80 wineries. It will also be an opportunity to get to know the producers of revelatory wines, by grape variety and by valley. During the fair, visitors will have the opportunity to taste national wines alongside the exceptional gastronomy of our hotel, led by Executive Sous Chef Juan Cáceres and his culinary team, who will offer a tour of the Mediterranean cuisine of Senso and the colourful and tasty nikkei flavours of Matsuri.
