Recognised as one of the Asia’s 50 Best Bars and in partnership with Maximal Concepts, The Aubrey is a home-away-from-home for local Hong Kong and global guests alike that offers an eccentric Japanese izakaya experience.


Located on the 25th floor with sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, this all-day drinks and dining space has three distinctive bar experiences, a drawing room, a curio lounge and a leading culinary team that delivers the highest quality Japanese ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.


Child Policy: After 7pm, age 18 years or above are welcome.


Dress Code: Comfortable attire welcomed until 6pm. Refrain from wearing singlets.
After 6pm, guests refrain from wearing shorts of any length, torn jeans, singlets, bathrobes, flip flops and gentleman sandals.
Gentlemen are invited to wear a shirt or polo and full-length trousers are required.
Collarless T-shirts are acceptable

The Aubrey announces the release of its own label sake “The Tsuchida Aubrey Junmai”, a result of years of development and a unique collaboration with Tsuchida Sake Brewery, a small sake producer in the picturesque Gunma prefecture of rural Japan. To celebrate the new sake release, The Aubrey will offer a Sake Dinner Set Menu featuring a selection of pairing dishes, including sushi, sashimi, and robata, complemented by the new label sake in honour of the upcoming World Sake Day in October. The Tsuchida Aubrey Junmai is available to buy and drink by the glass, carafe, or bottle in The Aubrey exclusively.

Ignite the dancefloor and revel in a new luxury nightlife experience at The Aubrey After Dark every Friday night from 10pm until late at The Aubrey. Featuring Cosmo Webber, The Aubrey’s first curator-in-residence from London’s contemporary party circuit and Hong Kong’s DJ legend Andrew Bull aka DJ El Toro and the best underground DJs from London, New York, and Paris paired with top local DJs, bringing you a mixture of soulful house and disco music from Europe and America.

 

There will be designated lift for The Aubrey After Dark guests.

 

Ticket entry is priced at HKD 180 and includes a welcome drink.

 

Please kindly refrain from wearing any sports attire, flip-flops and sandals. Long trousers are required for gentlemen.

Inspired by the Japanese culinary tradition of ‘omakase’, we have crafted a singular experience that epitomizes the core inspiration behind our eccentric izakaya, the journey of a hungry mind.

 

The Aubrey mixologist team will take you on an exploratory adventure through Japanese spirits and flavors you will enjoy, but may not have encountered before. We are proud to highlight the brewers and distilleries that make the beverage landscape of Japan such a vibrant one and showcase them in a unique way.

 

We ask that you open your mind and your senses as we take you on a new journey of discovery.

 

Each experience will last around two hours, with a few courses of light snacks served for each guest.
