Seasonal ingredients are at the forefront of design for both the drinks and small plates, ensuring a fresh and evolving menu that adapts as the skyline shifts. This sophisticated space exudes the energy and allure of Mayfair, with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the surrounding views. The interior design draws inspiration from the sky above, incorporating sky blues, opulent ambers, and champagne tones, with rich textures mirroring the fluid movement of clouds. A striking chandelier, inspired by the ethereal textures of the sky, anchors the ceiling, enhancing the bar's airy, dynamic atmosphere.
