Featuring delectable ravioli, creamy and irresistible burrata, stewed veal shanks in meat sauce known as ossobuco and vitello tonnato, the summer dish of chilled veal in tuna-caper sauce, the gastronomic delights of Talea fuse the traditional techniques of Milanese classics with an innovative edge, presenting a tantalising culinary interpretation that is signature to Guida.
