Inner Strength Retreat (Mindfulness, Resilience, Character)
This three or five-day program is designed to facilitate reflection, rest and renewal, with allowing one to experience silence, contemplation and mindfulness while incorporating light movement for an open mind, body and heart. The Inner Strength retreat itineraries include our signature Dream Catcher sleep massage treatment, Himalayan Sound Bathing meditation, private yoga, Pilates sessions and more, for a truly restorative experience.
Outer Strength Retreat (Physical Vitality, Movement, Performance)
This three or five-day program incorporates fitness movement classes, fitness in-room amenities, muscular healing massage treatments and our signature Intelligent Movement postural therapy. Guests will depart with elevated physical and mental strength, pliability, and fuel for optimal physical performance. The program serves as an ideal retreat for guests who are in race or sports training, getting into shape or beginning a new fitness program.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is derived from the term from the Japanese words rei, meaning “universal,” and “ki”, referring to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is a chakra and energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, anxiety, physical pain and tension, through gentle touch and connection with the body’s five chakras. During reiki therapy, energetic flow is delivered to the body, improving imbalances and supporting healing throughout specific areas of need in the mind and body. Reiki practice is used for healing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, and is used as an alternative treatment for disease, digestive issues, stress and anxiety, sleep and more.

Urban Forest Bathing
Forest Therapy, "shinrin yoku” in Japanese which translates to “forest bathing”, is a research-driven wellness practice using ancient traditions of mindfulness, providing physical and mental health benefits through immersion in forests and other natural environments. Forest Therapy demonstrates an array of health benefits for cardiovascular and immune systems, while also showing evidence to improve mood and cognition. Join Certified Forest Therapy Guide Nadine Mazzola for a meditative forest therapy session in your selected park location, Boston’s Arnold Arboretum or Charles River Esplanade Park.
