Embark on a culinary journey into the heart of Valencian paella. Explore its rich history and original recipes crafted by Chef Quique Dacosta, guided by his talented team.


This two-hour experience, offered every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 1pm, welcomes groups of four to eight to savor paella's essence.


Enjoy an aperitif with Iberian cured meats, cheeses, and fine Finos white wine. Then, relish classic Valencian paella and black rice with cuttlefish, squid, lobster, and alioli.


Wrap up this memorable adventure with a delightful dessert, exclusive recipes, a stylish apron, and a cherished group photo.
