Currently, she serves as the Director of Spa & Wellness at Mandarin Oriental, Canouan, bringing her expertise in Sound Healing with Singing Bowls techniques that foster inner harmony and balance energy. The soothing vibrations produced by the singing bowls are specially crafted to encourage relaxation, calm the mind, and reduce stress.

Keyon Constance

Born in Saint Vincent and having substantial experience in the British military, Keyon has become one of the island’s leading fitness trainers. He specialises in body workouts and resistance training, offering personalised programs tailored for our Fans. Keyon showcases his dynamic workout sessions, often characterised by their intensity, which are effective for weight loss.
