Class 1997, Aurora, our Head Beautician, has always been passionate about our bodies and soul wellbeing. She started her career in a beauty center dedicated to personal care, and after several years she joined Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como as Spa Therapist in 2022. This allowed her to get closer to the holistic world and manage to transform basic treatments into true luxury ones.

Born in 1988, Deborah is a professional massage therapist with decades of experience in the wellness field. She specialises in various massage techniques with therapeutic purposes and holistic practices, and she is passionate about anatomy and physiology of the human body. Several years of competitive sports and work experience in the same field have made sports and decontracting massage her forte.

Born in Italy in 1982, Giovanni is a professional and qualified Physical therapist, personal trainer and Remedial Massage Therapist with a well-founded passion for health and wellbeing. He’s also highly skilled in a variety of Fitness Trainings and massage techniques.

Born in Philippines in 1992, Leslie is a qualified Spa Therapist, who’s working in this industry for 11 years. She performs a variety of massage types such as: Swedish, Shiatsu and Ayurvedic massage, specialiszing in hot and cold stone massage as well as Hawaiian one. She’s also a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and master Sivananda Yoga.

Giacomo is our Sports & Adventure manager. He started his career in 2015 as a personal trainer and fitness coach. He joined the group in 2021 bringing his passion for healthy living and active lifestyle to our guests. He creates unique experiences in connection with nature and the territory offering an innovative way to discover the destination.
