Doing the Right Thing for Our Planet

We are proud to uphold the highest ethical and environmental standards, collaborating with sustainable producers to minimise waste and eliminate plastic and non-recyclable materials. Our heat recovery system uses chiller-generated heat to preheat water. Our facilities use 100% LED lighting and employ a presence system that deactivates lights and air conditioning in unoccupied rooms. Furthermore we utilise drip irrigation and automatic taps to reduce water consumption.

Doing the Right Thing for Our Guests

We are proud to source the finest natural, nutritious and traceable ingredients with the utmost integrity. Our offerings include sustainably sourced seafood, cage-free eggs and fair-trade products. Our restaurant menus feature vegan and vegetarian options for a diverse dining experience. At Spa by The Beauty Concept, guests enjoy specialised, impactful treatments focused on holistic approaches. We also offer running routes, personal training, yoga and Pilates sessions upon request.

Doing the Right Thing for Our Community

We are active community members committed to contributing 2400 hours of charity work in 2024, dedicating our time to support charitable organisations such as the Red Cross Blood Donation Drives. We collaborate with foundations like A la Par, offering reintegration and development opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Recently, we were awarded by the Madrid Hotel Business Association for our support of culture, art and local talent among more than 100 participating hotels.
