This year, our Christmas yule log tells a story of flavours inspired by Asia, paying tribute to the spirit of our Ling Ling by Hakkasan restaurant and its rich culinary heritage. From the first bite, the gentle earthiness of matcha unfolds, perfectly balanced by the vibrant zest of yuzu and the delicate sweetness of raspberry. Layers of texture create a harmonious journey: a refined crunch, a tangy yuzu and raspberry confit and an airy white chocolate mousse infused with yuzu. Finally, a white chocolate base with black sesame praline delivers an unexpected and enchanting finish. Presented in a beautifully designed box inspired by Ling Ling’s signature style, this extraordinary creation serves 8 people and is sure to elevate your festive celebrations.
