Enjoy innovative modern-Japanese cuisine in Chef Akira’s acclaimed restaurant. The early sitting, priced at GBP 145 per person, runs from 6pm to 7.30pm and features dishes such as Miso Black Cod and signature rolls. The late sitting, priced at GBP 195 per person, begins at 7.45pm and includes additional courses, such as Yellowtail Jalapeño and Heritage Rib Eye.
