A Tai Chi Master, Eric is the founder of Beijing Sanfeng Taijiquan Club and was the designated Taijiquan trainer at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. He specialises in teaching Yang Style Simplified Taijiquan 24 forms; Chen Style Simplified Taijiquan 22 forms; Yang Style Taijiquan 88 forms; Chen Style Taijiquan 74 steps; Ba Duan Jin; Qigong; And also Taiji Push Hands.

Lawrence has been a tea master for eight years and was awarded the National Senior Tea Artist in 2019. Following six years working and living in Yunnan Province, he has formed a deep bond with tea and brings a particularly deep knowledge of Yunnan's Pu'er tea.
