Tiger Chang

The team at the upscale MO Bar is led by Tiger Chang, who has worked in some of the trendiest late-night lounges in Asia. Tiger developed and honed his mixology style at hotels in his native Taipei, and he has worked for Mandarin Oriental, Taipei as a chief bartender and later at some of the coolest nightspots in major Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc., as well as stints rustling up creative cocktails in London, Singapore, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and Yokohama. That cosmopolitan background makes him a perfect fit for MO Bar, which is attracting the city’s discerning sophisticates in search of innovative drinks and a cool vibe. Tiger mixes a mean cocktail—and is adept at performing flicks and tricks.
