Right to retract:

Pursuant to Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal for accommodation and catering services. In case of unforeseen circumstances regarding your trip, please inform us by 3:00 PM (local Paris time) the day before your arrival for rooms and suites (up to the Panoramic Suite category) to avoid cancellation fees corresponding to one night.


Tarrif Information

The rates are indicated in euros (€) per room and per night, based on double occupancy, including taxes and service. Any changes in legal taxes will be reflected in the price at the time of billing. Additional services and, if applicable, the tourist tax will be added to the booking amount. The reservation becomes effective only if the customer provides a valid bank card number during their stay. The hotel may refuse a reservation in case of an incorrect number and will perform an authorization for informational purposes (except for non-cancelable and non-modifiable promotional rates, payable in advance). Certain periods require non-refundable prepayment. The rates and conditions apply exclusively to accommodation. The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation if the rooms are used for other purposes (shootings, filming, showroom, etc.). Cancellations and modifications are possible according to the chosen tariff plan and specified in the booking confirmation. In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the conditions indicated at the time of booking apply.

 

Booking & cancellation policy for the signature suites:

10% deposit of total stay upon reservation time non-refundable. Cancellation policy until 7 days prior to arrival (by 3pm Paris local time) to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% of the total amount of the stay. Cancellation policy until 3 days prior to arrival (by 3pm Paris local time) to avoid a cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount of the stay.


Mediation:

The customer must first contact the customer service at mopar-managerfo@mohg.com or the hotel reception to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If no amicable solution is reached or if there is no response to the customer within sixty (60) days from their complaint, the customer is informed that they can resort to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method. In this context, the customer can contact a mediator at the postal address: 197 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007, Paris or on the website: http://www.mediationconso-ame.com 

This recourse remains optional for the customer, including in cases where mediation is initiated by Mandarin Oriental, Paris.
