Cheers to the Year of the Snake with our Prosperity Sip, a delightful twist on the classic Negroni combining gin, pineapple, fino sherry, sweet vermouth, and Aperol. Inspired by the tradition of giving red packets, this cocktail symbolises good luck and prosperity for the new year.
