Launching in 2025, The Wine Salon offers three captivating programmes: Introductory Class, Fine Wine Class, and Champagne Class. Each session features a curated lecture, a tasting of five or six exquisite wines, and a dish perfectly crafted by the chef at Signature, our renowned French fine dining restaurant.

Expert Instructors:
These insightful sessions will be led by five seasoned sommeliers from Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo: Akihiko Nosaka, Hiroki Ikeda, Fumihiko Kamo, Daiki Suzuki, and Maika Yamamoto.

Location:
Semi-private dining room at Signature, French Fine Dining.

• Dining Voucher for Signature: One JPY 35,000 dining voucher for Signature (dinner course with five wine pairings). A companion may join for a special price of JPY 22,000 (tax incl.; service charge excl.).
• Post-Salon Dining Offer: Participants can enjoy a short course menu at a special rate on the day of their session. A companion may also enjoy this offer for an additional charge.

Important Notes:

• The participation fee includes a tasting of 5–6 wines tailored to the theme of each session and one dish.
• Each salon is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
• The Wine Salon is available in Japanese only.
• The instructor for each session will be disclosed only to the participants.
• As the salon will be held at Signature, our French fine dining restaurant on the 38th floor, the dress code is casual elegant.
• The content, lecturers, and schedule of the salon are subject to change. Additionally, the event may be cancelled in the case of natural disasters, social conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Once registration and payment are completed, class changes, transfers, or refunds are not permitted. Cancellations or transfers due to personal reasons after payment are also not allowed in principle.
