In 2025, Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary, marking two decades of luxury and exceptional service in the heart of Nihonbashi. Blending Japanese aesthetics with modern elegance, our iconic hotel serves as a serene retreat with panoramic views over Tokyo, from Mount Fuji to Tokyo Skytree.

 

Inspired by Sejin no Hi (Coming of Age) – a traditional celebration of reaching maturity formerly marked at 20 years old, Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo’s anniversary embodies this spirit of reflection and renewal. This milestone honours its distinguished past while looking forward to an exciting future.

 

To honour this special year, we are planning a year-long celebration leading up to the actual Seijin no Hi, our anniversary date, offering unforgettable experiences and continuing to set the standard for luxury stays in Tokyo.

Afternoon Tea including one glass of Le Blanc and one glass of Le Rosé and a special tote bag* as a memorable gift is priced at JPY 15, 400 per person. *Limited to 350 pieces.

This exclusive event offers the rare privilege of savouring the finest wines from seven prestigious Grand Cru vineyards, including Romanée-Conti, acclaimed as the world’s most exquisite red wine, with a market value exceeding 3 million yen, and Montrachet, the epitome of white wine perfection. Exclusively curated for an intimate gathering of up to eight guests, this unparalleled experience will also feature a distinguished guest speaker with profound expertise in D.R.C. wines.
